Our courses over the telephone are highly personalized. We respect our basic teaching contents but the following points are adapted to each learner:

• Customized learning. As soon as a subject is mastered, we move immediately to another. No one slows us down. On the other hand, we can remain the time it takes on a structure or a verb tense more difficult to acquire.
• You are preparing a conference? You must negotiate an agreement? You are recruiting candidates in Latin America? We include simulations and role-plays. When you finish the course, you control the linguistic tools and you can apply them in your work. It is the advantage of personalized courses.

How can courses over the telephone be a success? By separating the theory from the practice.

Here are the stages that we follow:
1. You go through an evaluation to know at which level you can speak the language.
2. We determine your objectives with you.
3. We propose to you a training plan.
4. We set up a class schedule with you.
5. You receive the theory for the class by e-mail or fax.
6. Then, you practice it over the telephone in context.

The evaluation consists of what? It consists of a conversation of approximately 15 minutes with an teacher over the telephone. This test shows the second language use abilities. The result gives us the starting point of your training.

The courses can be given from Monday to Saturday (inclusively) for 1 hour or 1:30 hours. In order to be more effective, we recommend two to three courses per week.

For added effectiveness, we recommend you stay with a fixed schedule. Why? In a training program, rigor is of the utmost importance. If you do not mark down your courses in your agenda, your other priorities can quickly take over. This is why we encourage this planning. If something comes up and you cannot attend, the schedules can be adjusted with your teacher in advance according to your availability and that of your teacher.

With this rigor, the courses cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will not be billed. We ask you to sit down with your teacher and verify with him/her the class schedules for the following month according to your respective availabilities. It is the best way to reach your goal.
